Mission: The Spartanburg Regional Medical Center Catering department is to provide first class catering for each and every customer.

Ordering Guidelines: To ensure that we have proper time to plan your event, we request that all events with fifty or more guests be planned at least one week prior to the actual function. This time period allows us to plan menus, order supplies and schedule staffing. We typically work one week ahead of each scheduled function so please submit all requests as soon as possible.

Pricing: The prices included within this menu are reflective of actual food cost and standard labor costs.

Additional Services: The price of paper products, linen rentals, floral arrangements and additional staffing of employees will be added to each event.

Personal Consultation: The menu suggestions in this guide should be used as a starting point. Our Chef will be glad to work with you on an individual basis to create a signature event. Please contact the Catering Manager to schedule a consultation.
